Bredbury St Marks CC

Bredbury St Marks CC has recently undergone significant facility upgrades thanks to Verde Cricket and the expert installation team at Cover Solutions. The club now boasts an extra state-of-the-art double bay practice facility in addition to their existing double bay practice area, featuring newly installed batting and bowling ends. By incorporating individual batting and bowling ends, the club can better manage maintenance costs and extend the lifespan of the playing surfaces. The facility includes one of Verde Cricket’s two ECB-approved systems: the Test Match system. The enclosed facility also includes a built in sight screen to maximise usage available to the club, even allowing for use while a game is being played.

The Test Match system features an advanced AP10 shock pad that minimises surface wear from ball impacts, supported by a 10mm dust stone layer, making it one of the most sophisticated designs on the market. Our other ECB-approved system; the Premier System builds upon this by adding an extra layer between the hard porous aggregate and the AP10 shock pad, ensuring consistent bounce for all age groups while enhancing spin and seam play. Both systems incorporate RBG tex layers, which help prevent contamination and improve durability.
